Foundation Training

Mukti Yoga’s Foundation Module is designed to teach you the skills to lead a safe, fun, inspired yoga class. Whether you plan on teaching others or simply yourself, you will reach a new understanding of asana, the body and how the two combine to illuminate an understanding of the soul.

Mukti Yoga is a unique environment emphasizing community support, conscious teaching and (most importantly) conscious living. Your training is a transformative process that will leave you with a clearer picture of your goals not just on the mat but in your life. We are here to support you in those goals. Students and studio directors continue to rave about our graduates, many of who go on to teach others these same tools for inner liberation.
